ADMISSIONS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
Job Summary
- The Admissions & Business Development Officer is responsible for securing the college's annual student intake through strategic lead management and brand growth. You will lead the college’s outreach by building a robust network of Admission Agents across Kerala and beyond. This role is focused on the full admission cycle: from high-volume lead collection and digital branding to overseeing the counseling team for final conversion. Your goal is to ensure all seats are filled through aggressive business development and professional enrollment support.
Key Responsibilities (Real Outputs)
- Admission Agent Management: Identify, onboard, and manage Admission Agents and Educational Consultants across Kerala and outside the state. Ensure they have the tools to push our college as their primary recommendation.
- Lead Collection & Conversion: Aggressively collect leads from digital ads, walk-ins, and agent referrals. Monitor the funnel to ensure every lead is converted into a final admission.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate the Counseling Team to ensure high-quality follow-ups and professional student guidance.
360-Degree Branding
- Online: Oversee social media presence, digital campaigns, and website reputation.
- Offline: Manage hoardings, newspaper ads, school/college visits, and educational expos.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in college admissions and business development.
- Agent Network: Existing relationships with Admission Agents in the Kerala market.
- Leadership: Ability to manage a team of counselors and meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Fluent in Malayalam and English (extra languages are a plus for outside-Kerala markets).
