PLACEMENT OFFICER
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and industry-connected professional to join our Training & Placement / Career Services team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), with experience in student placements, corporate relations, recruitment coordination, or HR roles. Aviation industry experience and certifications in HR, Training & Development, or Career Services will be an added advantage.
This role offers the opportunity to build strong corporate partnerships, guide students toward career success, and lead campus recruitment initiatives. The Placement Officer will coordinate internships, placement drives, pre-placement training, and liaise with academic departments to ensure a seamless placement experience for students.
