Application Deadline
Last date of application submission for the entrance exam. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Shortlist Notification
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via registered email and phone number.
Entrance Examination
URBX Online Entrance Exam for shortlisted candidates — English, Reasoning & General Awareness.
1st Allotment
First merit list and seat allotment published on the admissions portal.
2nd Allotment
Second allotment for seats remaining after the first round of acceptances.
Final Allotment
Final merit list and seat allotment. No further allotment rounds after this date.

Conditional Offer Letters
Conditional offer letters will be issued to all allotted candidates following the Final Allotment.

Fee Payment Window
Fee payment must be completed within 4 days of receiving the Conditional Offer Letter to secure your seat.
Classes Commence
Orientation programme followed by the commencement of academic sessions for all admitted students.

URBX Entrance Exam.
All applicants for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes must appear for the URBX Entrance Examination — testing English proficiency, logical reasoning, and general awareness of aviation and current affairs.
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate (BMS / B.Sc)
10+2 / HSC or equivalent from a recognised board. Minimum 50% aggregate.
MBA – Aviation Logistics
Any bachelor's degree with minimum 50% aggregate. URBX Entrance + Interview.
