The BMS in Aviation Services & Air Cargo is a three-year undergraduate programme affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), combining two years of classroom-based academic training with one year of structured apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act of India. The first two years, covering four semesters, are delivered through classroom learning in aviation services, airport operations, logistics, air cargo regulations, revenue management, customer service, safety, quality systems, and special cargo handling. The final year, covering two semesters, is dedicated to apprenticeship-based practical learning that builds real operational experience and job readiness.

Complete your application on the URBX online portal. Pay the ₹1,000 non-refundable application fee to confirm your submission.
Application Deadline
Ensure your application is submitted before 25 June 2026. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Download Admit Card
After the application window closes, download your admit card from the portal. Mandatory for appearing in the entrance exam.
Appear for Entrance Exam
Sit for the URBX Online Entrance Examination on your scheduled date and time as mentioned on the admit card.
Seat Allotment Published
Merit-based seat allotment results are published on the admissions portal based on exam performance and category reservation.
Accept Conditional Offer
Eligible candidates receive a conditional offer letter. Acceptance must be confirmed within the given timeframe.
Pay Admission Fee
Pay the admission fee as specified in your offer letter to secure your seat. All details are provided in the offer letter.
Receive Final Offer Letter
Upon successful payment and document verification, the final offer letter confirming your admission is issued.
Attend Induction Programme
Attend the mandatory induction programme at the URBX campus before the academic term begins.

Cochin International Airport (COK) is approximately 18 km from campus. Prepaid taxis and app cabs are available at the arrivals terminal.
By Rail
Ernakulam Junction (South) and Ernakulam Town (North) are within 10–12 km. Auto-rickshaws and cabs connect to campus easily.
By Road
Accessible via NH-544 (Cochin Bypass). From Edappally Junction, take the Thrikkakara–Pukkattupady Road. KSRTC and private buses serve the route.
